By using WAW process, we save 144.000 tons of water each year which come across 760 acres of cotton field and 288 tons of bale cotton. ZERO WASTE PROCESS Our recycle facility has a production capacity of 25.000 kg/day in a 50.000 m2 area. With 1 ton of recyled fiber, up to 4.000 meters of fabric of different compositions can be produced. The fabric is produced according to GRS standards. SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAIN Sustainability is an opportunity for us to unlock potentials within fabric and garment. YARN BCI Cotton and Organic Cotton Iskur group owns a 2.5 million m2 agricultural land 1000 m2 of this land is used for BCI cotton production.The remaining land is used for organic farming. Recycled Synthetic Yarns Pre Consumer Recycled Yarns Re-Cycle facility of Iskur Group, started operating in 2018. Wastes are collected from all of the textile facilities of Iskur Group; after classification torn and recycled into fiber again. Post Consumer Recycled Yarns The jeans collected from the consumers start their second lives at the Iskur facilities. WIND POWER Generates 70 million KWh Energy which equals the electricity requirement of 40.000 houses for a year.
